William Cole Vineyards lies deep within Chile’s prestigious
Casablanca Valley—often called “Chile’s Burgundy.” This cool
climate vineyard near the coast, which is comprised of over
129 contiguous hectares, provides a long, warm growing season
with cool nights to develop excellent acidity. Owned by Bill
Cole and his Chilean family, the winery specializes in cool
climate varieties, and the wines are crisp, clean and complex.
The winery makes two lines: Albamar and Columbine Reserve.

Displays a nose of citrus and tropical fruit followed
by notes of peach and white flowers on the palate. the full
character of the cool Casablanca appellation is demonstrated
by the balance of freshness, flavor and acidity.

Columbine Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
A wine of balance, finesse and ageability. On the nose, it has
blackberry and coffee aromas. On the palate, it's full-bodied
with black cherries and has outstanding length. Aged 12 months
in fine-grained French oak.

2010
Columbine Reserve Pinot Noir
All the Pinot Noir fruit comes from carefully tended vines owned
by the William Cole family in the cool Casablanca Valley. Aged
for six months in small oak casks, the wine retains all of its
attractive fresh fruit character, combined with silky tannins
and a long, complex finish. Perfect for lighter meals and tomato-based
sauces.

2011 “Bill” Sauvignon Blanc
These select grapes come from the cool climate of the Casablanca Valley. Pale yellow with green tinits in the glass; Lime, grapefruit, herbs and mineral notes on the nose. Vibrant and fresh on the palate.

2011 “Bill” Chardonnay
Low yield grapes for this limited production are from the cool microclimates of the Casablanca Valley. The Bill Chardonnay is pale yellow with ripe pineapple , papaya and honey on the nose. Light oak lends a hint of grated coconut, refreshing on the palate with a persistent sweeteness.

Bill Pinot Noir
Deep ruby red in the glass, the wine is abundant with aromas of ripe cherries and plum witha distinguishing presence of nutmeg, cinnamon accompanied by a pleasant minerality. Balanced acidity and a light body emphasize the intense fruit on the palate.
